Telegram connects a private bot that you control. People reach the agent there, and approvals arrive as buttons.
On a terminal, the CLI asks whether to paste the BotFather token or finish on a page at agentinbox.md. You can scan a QR code or open the page in a browser. Without a terminal, the CLI prints that page and waits up to 15 minutes:
Create the bot with @BotFather and tap Start. The CLI finishes when you do. Running the same command again resumes at the missing step.
That flag skips the choice.
An agent forwards the URL. It does not ask you for the bot token, and it does not paste one.
Exit code 11 on that wait means you did not finish in time. Nothing is broken. Run the command again.

choose renders buttons as A, B, C. The full option text is in the message, because Telegram truncates long button labels. See Ask, approve, and choose.
