setup creates an inbox before you have an account. It asks for your first and last name and an email address, creates the agent, and prints its address.
It then asks whether to connect Telegram or Slack. Press Enter to skip. Add a channel later with channel add.
Email can receive as soon as setup finishes. The agent does not send email until you claim the setup. See Email.

Name the agent

--agent-picture takes a JPEG or PNG of up to 2 MB. It needs login first. On a terminal, setup draws one screen and updates it in place. In a pipe, in CI, or when an agent runs the command, it prints the same steps as plain text.

Run it again

Running setup again resumes whatever step is left. Without a terminal, pass the answers as flags:
--telegram-bot-token and --slack-config-token skip the prompt. An agent must not ask you for those tokens. Without a terminal it prints a page and waits. Forward that URL and let the person finish it. See Telegram and Slack.

The skill

At the end of setup on a terminal, the CLI offers to install the coding-agent skill. --skill installs it. --no-skill skips it. See Teach your coding agent.

The keyless allowance

A keyless setup can send a small number of messages. When they are used, the next command exits 1 and prints:
The message also includes a sign-up link, and the same link is sent on your linked channel. Stop retrying. You run login yourself. An agent must not run it for you. See Account and claim.
